yes, i agree that the customer service is tantamount to the quality of the ballast, but as for ballast reveiws go, this 600watt always lights up and does everything it is supposed to do, even 2 years later, and i know if i had any issues with any hidhut gear for that matter, it would fastly be resolved in 3 days or less, this ballast goes 2 show u that great digital ballasts can be very affordable,at some places more than others, since first starting to patronize hidhut a couple of years ago, i now buy everything i need for horticulture from hidhut.com and don't ever want to go elsewhere, this is as green as it gets!!!!!!!!!
