| First off... We Ship Fast!!! Orders from HID Hut always go out within 2 business days. We ship by UPS ground or USPS. Our products are discretely shipped using brand new unmarked cardboard boxes.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Shipping using UPS to Canada often has customs fees attached. It is suggested that you use USPS for shipping to Canada.
All HID Hut ballasts are warrantied for a period of one year, and a ballast of the same specifications will be provided. To make a return, please ship the defective ballast back to HID HUT, Inc. with your return shipping information, and upon receipt a new ballast will be returned to you at no charge. Please email us for troubleshooting first- and let us know when and what you are sending back- and the address to send the replacement ballast to. If a ballast that is perfectly fine is returned, the customer will have to pay for shipping of the original ballast back to themselves- so please check your bulbs, wiring, surge protector etc. Shipping damage must be reported within a week of receipt of the ballast. Refunds are only available for two weeks less a 20% restocking fee. |
